When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that you have placed and paid for your order. We will notify you by email, when we have shipped your order.

Shipping Time

We aim to ship your order within 7 working days from the day you placed the order. For worldwide shipping the shipping time is between 2-3 weeks for Register by Airmail Shipping.

2.Can request  Phytosanitary Certificate and Cites document charge fee 20 usd.
3.If order over 200 usd will provide free Phytosanitary Certificate and Cites document. Except USA lophophora williamsii can't make document.
If your order still are held by custom,We will send the replacement to you,
but if you dont want the replacement,We will refund 50% (it is  fair for seller and buyer together),
 
We will not refund for rotten plant  or We do not  accept return option.
All plants are healthy and strong, and will be securely packed and shipped in a hard box, they are sent bare root and clean of most soil . We will make every effort to ensure that the plants will arrive in good condition * while we ship we cannot garantee that they will not be damaged from
strike againt,termperatures and period of time.( Customer risk )
